Labai norejau Apple Iphone 3G …
Įsigijau „Omnitel“ na suprantama, solidi Bendrovė ir garantinis aptarnavimas vieneri metai…
Sugedo mano Iphone ( WiFi funkcija neveikia) nunešiau į MTTC („Omnitel“ jais pasitiki ir pas juos siunčia) esantį Algirdo g. ir gavau Aktą, kad dėl dregmės sukeltų požymių krovimo jungties srityje mano telefonas garantijos neteko, aš švelniai tariant apstulbau (išorinė krovimo jungtis nesugędusi, sugędo vidinė WiFi funkcija) ir nedvejodamas raštiškai kreipiausi į MTTC direktorių , bet atsakė, kad Aktas tobulas, tada parašiau raštą „Omnitel“, kad manimi, kaip vartotoju kratosi jos nurodyta garantinio aptarnavimo įmonė, bet atsakė, kad mes tik vargšeliai pardavėjai, apie telefonus nieko neišmanome – MTTC ten tai GURU ! Tada jau kreipiausi Į Valstybinę ne maisto produktų inspekciją, ir atlikus mažą tyrimėlį paaiškėjo, kad MTTC neturi „Apple“ įgaliojimų ir nemoka taisyti iPhone telefonų, tas sakyčiau paaiškina rastus mistinius drėgmės požymius mano telefono krovimo jungties srityje kuri iki šiol kuo puikiausiai veikia. Inspekcija, įvertinusi situaciją, surašė aktą ir pasiūle „Omniteliui“ pakeisti mano telefoną nauju. (Inspekcija įsakyti negali, gali tik teismas) „Omnitel“ vykdyti VNMPI įpareigojimą atsisakė ir iš jos rašto supratau, kad pats esu kaltas kad įsigijau telefoną. Prisipažįstu ! Esu kaltas, esu labai kaltas, kad pirkau telefoną „Omnitel“,stengsiuos pats (ir kitims patarsiu) daugiau jokių reikalų su „Omnitel“ neturėti.
Iš šios istorijos aš padariau išvadą, kad „Omnitel“ ir MTTC vykdo bendrą „drėgmės biznį“. “Omnitel“ parduoda telefonus su suklastota garantine pažyma, o MTTC rašo „drėgmės aktus“. („Apple“ internete skelbiamose garantinėse sąlygose parašyta , kad telefonas netenka garantijos pamerktas arba aplietas vandeniu.Apie jokią drėgmę ten kalbos nėra. Priešingai, „Apple“ techninėse sąlygose nurodyta kad telefoną galima naudoti esant 5 – 95 procentų aplinkos drėgmei). Aš kaip vartotojas tiesiog noriu pasidalinti savo patirtimi su Lietuvos žmonėmis, kad pirkdami tikrai brangų telefoną, ir jam sugedus, „ Omnitel“ tavęs kratosi kaip bereikalingo balasto. Gerai pagalvokite, prieš pirkdami brangius telefonus iš „Omnitel“, o ypač APPLE IPHONE.

Скандал с новым «цифровым делом»: Lattelecom купил фо

Устанавливая наземное цифровое телевидение, компания Lattelecom почти за 2 миллиона латов приобрела у фирмы Hannu Digital секрет производства или know-how, который, возможно, состоит из одних лишь фотографий. Об этом сообщила программа De facto.

И хотя договор о покупке ноу-хау секретен, данную информацию можно было узнать из отдельных документов уголовного дела, находящихся в распоряжении KNAB.

Судя по ним, изначально ввести цифровое телевидение в Риге и её окрестностях планировалось в начале этого года. Не обошлось и без посредничества печально известной компании Hannu Digital (бывший Kempmayer). Договор с ними Lattelecom заключил 30 марта 2009 года.

Как стало известно их документов, за предоставленные знания Hannu Digital получил в прошлом году от «Латтелекома» два платежа общей стоимостью в полтора миллиона латов. Далее в течение трёх лет компания получит ещё по 80 тысяч латов в год, а также ежегодно касса Hannu Digital будет пополняться 20% от доходов за услуги по поддержанию цифрового телевидения.

Неофициальные источники гласят: «инструкция» за такую сумму состояла лишь из шести фотографий и их расшифровок. К примеру, как правильно расставлять передатчики в помещениях Латвийского радио и телевидения и теоретическая зона покрытия над Ригой.

За какие секретные ноу-хау Lattelecom заплатил почти два миллиона латов – остаётся загадкой, которую в самой компании не комментируют.

Продавец «знаний» — Hannu Digital – пообещал прокомментировать ситуацию, но позже.

А в это время в KNAB до сих пор рассматривается уголовное дело, в котором по заявлению Госконтроля проверяются действия бывших должностных персон Министерства сообщения. Именно они были ответственны за введение цифрового телевидения.

Bye-bye Telia!

In post Telekom = Tele-go-away , I brought up the diabolical mess we are forced to deal with the telecom customer in Sweden today. Or after a while, actually, and how powerless we are as a consumer.

On October 27 I ordered a helkundspaket Telia with television, telephone and broadband (ADSL). It was a birthday gift for my husband and favorite guy for 25 years. You who have followed and follow my blog know what happened to him last spring, and to really show how happy I am that he lives so I wanted to give him what he wants most – to see their beloved favorite team in football and hockey on TV . A little Christmas like that, a few times a week you know. Because he’s worth it;)

On 30 November – after what may be termed the “seven hard years and a telekomskt madness” was connected the whole kit in, and then started as you know, the next telecom hell. Nothing worked, and nothing still works. Today, the phone is also dead as a doornail, and the “response” I received from Telia’s automatic felsökardam when I called (today via my new ‘ mobile monsters “) is the same as I had all the time when I tried Felanmäl television and ADSL:

Lattelecom Board Chairman: Baltkom and IZZI merger will reduce competition
